Base Incentives:
10% Revenue Share – Applies to any creator referred by the agency in the first 90 days who signs up for a Creator Service Co. monthly package at standard tier rates with no custom budgeting or workflow discounts in their first month.
○ Example: A standard package is typically $2,000 USD for 4 long-form videos per month.
○ Example: A standard monthly thumbnail package is $800-$1000 USD for 4 full thumbnail studies that always include three thumbnails for A/B/C testing
$50 Flat Referral Finder’s Fee – Guaranteed and provided instead of the 10% revenue share in cases where:
○ The creator requires a custom budget for a monthly package that's different from our standard rates, or
○ The creator does not require a monthly package but just a one off project, or
○ The creator completes only a trial edit and or a single transaction without moving forward within the 90 day referral submission.
○ In these cases, the $50 USD finder’s fee is always guaranteed.
More Example Scenarios:
● If you refer a creator who only needs a long-form trial edit at $300 and then walks away, you’d still get that guaranteed $50. In these cases, the $50 USD finder’s fee is always guaranteed.
● If a creator does just a thumbnail trial which is $250 for example (for a full thumbnail study of 3 designs) and doesn’t continue or works with us after that next 60+ days from the first project/transaction on a monthly package, you’d still receive that $50 Finders fee.
● If a creator needs a 24 shorts package a month that's rated at $1500+ but has a monthly budget of $500, being referred from your agency, we want to do our best to see what we can do to provide them a custom workflow and so you’d still get the guaranteed $50 when creators are looking for a custom budget for a monthly package that's different from our standard rates and makes a transaction.
Exclusive Further Discount For The Individual Creator
💰 10% Revenue Share
10% Off First Invoice – Any referred creator (who is not already receiving a discounted custom package rate as shared above) will receive a complimentary 10%
💵 15% OFF
If a creator wanted to sign up in advance and submit a subscription payment up front for 3-6 months with our standard tier rates per their deliverables. They would still get that 10% off deal on that longer editing package first full invoice. 15% off if they signed up for 6 months up front.
Quarterly Performance Bonus
● If 10 or more referred creators sign up on a monthly package at standard tier rates and actively work with Creator Service Co. within a quarter, the agency’s revenue share increases to 15% for any next creator’s referred first month.
● Once you reach that milestone, the 15% applies permanently for all new creators referred with a standard package going forward.
Payout Schedule:
● Payments are made at the end of each month for the previous month’s referrals that either make a transaction or jump into a subscription package during that calendar period.
● Example: Referrals in January will be paid out on the last day of February.
